We accept referrals from churches, key workers, support workers, locality teams, schools workers, Sure Start centres, housing associations, health professionals, mental health workers and other similar charities.
The Referral process
Step 1 Referral
To make a referral, please use the online form (our preference) or send an e-mail to email@example.com outlining the need and any relevant information with your contact details and those of the intended recipient.
Step 2 Visit
We then arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you and the recipient to assess in what ways we can help. Our usual working days are Wednesdays and Fridays.
Step 3 Organise
The service we provide is entirely staffed by timegivers; our response may not be immediate but we will respond as soon as we are able.
Step 4 Action
We will meet as much of the recipient’s needs immediately following assessment, and will continue to assist where possible over the next few weeks.
