- [Online Referral Form](https://wokingbesom.org/referral-online-trial/): If you wish to refer a recipient, please fill in the form below; please be as specific as possible when giving details regarding the person being referred. We do not ask for the age of the recipient but we do not accept recipients aged 17 years or younger. The recipient’s data is held in line with the GDPR and we hold data on clients under “legitimate interest”. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
- [Covid 19 Considerations](https://wokingbesom.org/covid-19-and-woking-besom-2/): In relation to Covid-19, we continue to remain vigilant, aware that our donors and recipients may be vulnerable. We are sensitive to the needs of others and always check if people are happy for us to enter their homes, wearing masks if requested, and keeping as distant as possible. We are proactive as is practically possible and our volunteers are all vaccinated and will not volunteer if they have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive. We ask that information of our recipients and donors too.

- [What we do](https://wokingbesom.org/what-we-do/): We work two days a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays. People give their time to come out on the van with us, picking up furniture from givers, and delivering it to people in need. Needy families are referred to us by a number of organisations. Others offer their time to sort and clean up things in the warehouse. Some offer a regular time each week, others come on a one-off basis. Both are fine. If you are over 25 you could drive our van!
